Order Automation runs the rules you set on your orders.

Each rule:

- Starts with a trigger: order created, paid, cancelled, refunded or shipped

- Has optional conditions: total, item count, SKU, product name, category, city, country, coupon, payment and delivery method, first order, guest checkout, billing and shipping city mismatch

- Adds an order tag, removes a tag or emails your team

A risk rule scores each new order on the signals you choose. Above the threshold it tags the order and alerts your team.

Start from 10 templates, and try any rule on the last 30 days of orders before saving. The test run writes nothing. The run log shows every action and lets you retry failed ones. The app never cancels, refunds or ships an order.
