About Ailways
Ailways: a 24/7 AI sales assistant for your store
Ailways adds a chat bubble to your ikas storefront and talks to your customers on your behalf. It learns your products, shipping and return policies and frequently asked questions, then answers instantly and accurately. Setup takes five minutes; no code, no theme changes.
What it does
- Finds and recommends products. Asked "do you have a black winter coat?", it pulls matching products from your catalogue with price and stock.
- Adds to cart. Customers add the product they like without leaving the chat.
- Answers questions. Shipping times, returns, size charts, payment options: everything in your knowledge base.
- Visual search. A customer sends a photo; the assistant finds similar products.
- Hands over to a human. When it cannot answer or the topic is sensitive, the conversation is passed to you; continue from the dashboard or WhatsApp.
- One assistant, every channel. Besides the web bubble it answers Instagram and WhatsApp messages with the same knowledge (depending on plan).
How setup works
1. Install the app; your products sync automatically.
2. Enter your website address; the assistant learns your company and policies from your pages.
3. Fill in the gaps in the setup wizard and try it in the test chat.
4. Press "Go live"; the bubble appears on your storefront.
