About PlayPerks – Gamified Rewards
PlayPerks puts a small "Play & win" tab on the edge of your store. A visitor taps it, plays one of the mini games you picked, and the higher their score, the bigger the discount. A player who reaches a tier enters their email address, gets a personal single-use coupon right away, and is added to your ikas customer list.
Key features
- 10 mini games: Balloon Pop, Catch the Gifts, Memory Match, Stack It, Whack-a-Gift, Basket Drop, Color Match, Slice It, Jump & Collect and Guess the Price. Pick up to 3; let visitors choose, or give a random game. You can try every game in the panel exactly as visitors will play it.
- Score-based rewards: Define up to 5 tiers (e.g. 30 points 5% off, 60 points 10% off, 90 points 15% off). Percentage or fixed amount, an optional minimum cart and the coupon validity are up to you. Visitors can only win the rewards you define.
- Scores are verified on our server: The game is replayed on our server with the same seed and the recorded taps; the score reported by the browser is never trusted. Sped-up, inhumanly fast or forged results are rejected.
- Personal coupon + customer record: A single-use coupon is created in ikas for every winner. Visitors can optionally agree to marketing emails; consent is not required for the coupon (GDPR-friendly, you edit the consent text), and people who agree are added as marketing-subscribed customers.
- Frequency limits: Set daily plays per visitor and a coupon period per email address.
- Design the tab: Left or right edge, vertical position, colour and Turkish/English/German texts, with a live preview. Choose the pages and devices where it appears.
- Players and statistics: See who won a coupon (email, reward, coupon code), download it as CSV and delete entries. See how many rounds were played in the last 30 days, how many were verified, how many were rejected and why, and how many coupons were issued.
Important: these are games
These are games: most players play fair, but some may reach high scores with small tricks. We check every score on our server by replaying the game and reject suspicious results — still, no protection is 100%. Plan your discount tiers so that even the highest reward never puts you at a loss. Players can only win the rewards you define; no other gift or discount is ever given.
Privacy
Game inputs are not stored; only numbers (score, verification result) are kept. Raw IP addresses are not stored. An email address is collected only from a player who wants a coupon, with their consent, and stays in your player list until you delete it.
Pricing
The first 7 days are free, with every feature on. After that, Pro is a paid yearly subscription; the price for your region is shown on the plan. If you don't switch to Pro when the trial ends, PlayPerks stops on your storefront; your game choices, rewards and player list are kept.
