About Reachype
Reachype is an AI-powered marketing studio that puts your ikas store's sales data next to your marketing work. Connect your store once; your orders and product catalogue flow into your dashboard, you produce ads for your products, publish them and measure the result in the same place.
What the ikas connection does
• Reads your orders daily and reports them in your store's time zone: order count, revenue, units sold and number of buyers.
• Revenue is the final amount the customer paid (discounts, shipping and gift lines included). Only orders in your store currency are summed; orders in another currency are counted but never converted at a guessed rate.
• Lists your product catalogue, so you see sales broken down by product, sales channel and country.
• Your store's currency and time zone are read from your settings; nothing to type in.
• The connection is read-only. Reachype never changes anything in your store and never creates orders, products or customer records.
• Your customer list is not copied into Reachype. The buyer count is calculated from order records.
What you do with Reachype
• Brand book: define your brand, audience and tone once; every text and visual is produced from it.
• Product ads: vertical (9:16) video ads generated from your product photos, with voice-over and subtitles. The file is yours to use anywhere.
• Channels: connect Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Apple; content goes out through the connection and the numbers come back through the same one.
• Planning: reads the real result of what you published and brings it back to your plan as suggestions.
• Research: finds your competitors and re-scans their prices, reviews and tactics on a schedule.
• Dashboards: store sales and ad spend on one screen.
Setup
1. Install the app; ikas asks for permission to read orders, products and customers.
2. Create a free Reachype account if you don't have one; your store name is filled in automatically.
3. The first sync completes within minutes. The Channels page shows your connection and the last sync time.
Pricing
The app is free in the ikas App Store; nothing is charged through ikas. Reachype has its own plans and credit system, and you can start on the free plan. Current plans: reachype.com/en/pricing
Uninstall and data
Uninstalling revokes the connection immediately and deletes the access token. You can request deletion of your data at reachype.com/en/data-deletion
